外径90ｍｍの鋼材からの削り出し製品です。 弊社にとっては90ｍｍの径は大きくて、社内で切断できないので、材料メーカーさんでΦ90ｍｍの鋼材を所定の寸法に切断してもらって届けてもらいました。 その後は、旋盤での切削と、マシニングでのネジ加工を行っています。
We process this product from the steel materials of 90 mm of outside diameters by using the lathe and machining. In the equipment which we have, the diameter of 90 mm is large and we cannot cut it. Then, we ask the material supplier, and we got the predetermined size to cut φ90mm steel materials, and had them sent. We manufactured this product using that material that arrived. We used the nc lathe and the small machining center for this product.
