■極小曲げとは
1-D Bend
極小曲げとは、パイプの曲げ半径Ｒが、パイプの外径に近い、もしくはより小さな曲げの
ことを言います。
We call it 『1-D Bend』 which is the same as the outside diameter size of a pipe, or bending by small r.
外側と内側の金属の伸びる距離が大きく違うため、従来の技術では割れ・たわみなどの問題が起こっていたところ
をクリアした高度な技術です。
When we bend a pipe by the conventional method, the cracks or wrinkles had been made. Because there are big elongation difference between the inner side and the outer side . A new method solved this problem.
